From Corporate Job to Nutrition Coach

As a former Human Resources manager, I know firsthand the juggling act of corporate desk jobs, tight deadlines, and constant pressure – and the toll it takes on a woman’s body.

For five years, I went down the rabbit hole of

  • Long days,

  • Stressful interactions and deadlines,

  • Skipped breaks

  • Skipped meals.

And the result?
My energy plummeted,
My patience ran thin,
I started to gain weight despite skipping meals.

✨On the outside, I was helping women progress in their careers and build confidence in their expertise.

💭 But deep inside, I longed for a roadmap that gave me it all: a thriving career, optimum health and a joyful, vibrant life.

That longing ultimately pushed me into the next chapter of my career – becoming a wellness facilitator and nutrition coach. With nutrition expertise, yoga practice and daily meditation, I ended up cruising through my 10-year menopausal journey with energy.

But as I was thriving, I kept watching other women over 40 struggling in silence. They were told to “Live with it” or “Power Through”.

During those years watching women struggle in silence, I kept asking myself: What’s the one piece missing from the puzzle?

The Missing Piece of the Puzzle Revealed

One day, I came across a post in a menopause support group.
It simply read:

One word to describe menopause: Horrible”.

That post broke my heart. 💔
It was clear how much distress women were experiencing in this chapter of their life.
And it sparked my determination to offer a different path to those women.

I asked myself: Why do some women cruise through menopause while others feel like they’re drowning?

In my own journey, the answer was simple: fasting.

It was the missing piece of the puzzle, the practice that unlocked my energy, clarity and balance.

But I realised most women were either afraid of fasting, overwhelmed by the conflicting advice online and needed an approach adapted to their natural rhythms and their agenda.
